Our Story

Dealius was founded by two brothers (Obie and Inayat Walli) – one in real estate, the other in software – who after decades of watching their industries grow apart, set out to give commercial real estate brokerages the best of today’s tech.

They launched their core product a brokerage management platform (BMP) that started it all in 2017, and in early 2021 introduced Dealius Capital: CRE’s first commission advance service.

Now with partners across the country, from national brands to independent  firms, Dealius is the industry leader, always finding new ways to help brokers, administrators, staff and owners focus on what they do best, serving their clients and letting Dealius automate and streamline their process and transaction management from inbox, closing, payment and data management.
